Hand Lay-Up
Hand lay-up made pipes, with a high content of resin. They can be fully made in FRP or dual-laminated (thermoplastic as PVC, PP, PVDF, FEP, C-PVC or others inside and FRP outside). These kind of pipes are recommended for highly corrosive fluids.
Filament Winding
Pipes made by filament winding system where, these kind of pipes have a greater content of fiberglass than hand lay-up pipes therefore, they have a better mechanical resistance, although a less chemical resistance . These kind of pipes can be used for corrosive fluids if they are provided of a chemical barrier with 2,5 mm of thickness, or using thermoplastic liners inside the pipe.
Bell & Spigot with rubber rings
Pipes made by filament winding system where, these kind of pipes have a greater content of fiberglass than hand lay-up pipes therefore, they have a better mechanical resistance, although a less chemical resistance . These kind of pipes can be used for corrosive fluids if they are provided of a chemical barrier of 1,5 mm of thickness. Leak-proof is guaranteed by rubber rings, and they are recommended for water or very little corrosive fluids pipelines, buried in almost all cases.
Bell & Spigot with rubber rings and locking tape
Pipes manufactured by Filament Winding. They typically have a corrosion barrier of 1.5 mm thick, the tightness of the joints is achieved by elastomeric O-rings, and are suitable for water lines or chemically less aggressive fluids. It’s usually a pipe for immersion like underwater emissaries , wherein the retainer prevents losing that the sealing joints are removed.

Filament Winding pipelines with bell & spigot with rubber rings and locking tape, specially designed to be installed underwater ( Salt water and Fresh water). This pipelines are also prepared to be welded if needed.
Pipes with sand
Pipes manufactured by Filament Winding where the corrosion barrier normally has a thickness of 1.5 mm and are suitable for water lines or chemically less aggressive fluids. Contain sand loading which reinforces the structure in order to increase the circumferential stiffness at a low cost. They are made with bell and spigot, with retainer and butt welding.
